Waste Not, Want Not
Chris Gorman and Attorney Mitch Reichman presented at the Family Law Institute For the Arizona State Bar on the issue of Marital Waste.

But what is waste in the eyes of the court? Gambling, drugs, extramarital activities all sound like possible waste. You will be surprised what could be considered waste in Arizona.
