The Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV®) credential is granted exclusively by the AICPA to CPAs and qualified valuation professionals. The credential requires passing of a two part exam on the foundation and implementation of valuation methods.

To earn the CFE credential you must meet minimum academic and professional requirements, be of high moral character, and agree to abide by the bylaws and Code of Professional Ethics of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. The individual must pass a test that focuses on the four major disciplines that comprise the fraud examination body of knowledge: Fraud Prevention and Deterrence; Fraudulent Financial Transactions; Fraud Investigation; and Legal Elements of Fraud.
